 Hum aksar apni skin ka dhyan toh rakhte hain, lekin apni body ke "Posture" par dhyan dena bhool jate hain. Din bhar phone chalane ya jhuk kar baithne se hamari body ki shape kharab hone lagti hai. Ek accha posture na sirf aapko lamba dikhata hai, balki aapke confidence ko bhi kai guna badha deta hai.



​1. "Wall Alignment" Technique 🧱

​Din mein sirf 2 minute ke liye apni peeth ko deewar (wall) se sata kar khadi hon. Aapki heel, hips, shoulders aur sir deewar se touch hone chahiye. Isse aapke dimaag ko "Seedha rehne" ki aadat ho jati hai.

​2. "Shoulder Roll" Exercise πŸ”„

​Jab hum stress mein hote hain ya kaam karte hain, toh hum apne kandhe (shoulders) upar ki taraf kheench lete hain. Har ek ghante baad apne shoulders ko peeche ki taraf roll karein aur niche dhile chhodein. Isse gardan ka dard kam hota hai aur posture graceful lagta hai.

3. Sone Ka Sahi Tarika 😴

​Agar aapko peeth mein dard rehta hai, toh sote waqt apne ghutno (knees) ke niche ek patla takiya (pillow) rakhein. Isse aapki spine natural shape mein rehti hai. Bahut zyada uncha takiya sar ke niche rakhne se posture kharab ho sakta hai.

​4. Walking With Confidence 🚢‍♀️

​Chalte waqt hamesha samne dekhein, na ki niche zameen par. Apni chin (thodi) ko zameen ke parallel rakhein. Jab aap nazrein utha kar chalti hain, toh aapki body khud-ba-khud sahi alignment mein aa jati hai.

​5. Deep Breathing (Gehri Saans) 🌬️

​Jab hum gehri saans lete hain, toh hamara seena (chest) upar uthta hai aur peeth seedhi ho jati hai. Din mein kuch baar lambi saans lene se posture behtar hota hai aur dimaag ko sukoon milta hai.
